WabMail

WabMail is a small and simple tool, that makes it easy to quickly retrieve a plain list of email addresses that are contained in your Windows Address Book (.WAB) file. The WAB allows you to export the content to a comma delimited file, however this may too much for your needs, if you just want a simple list of the email addresses and nothing else. WabMail will automatically detect your default address book, open it, and present you with a simple list, one email address per line, that you can copy. Useful for creating a white list for your anti-spam program, a mailing list or similar purposes. This is a free program and very small to download. Download it HERE

Ruler by George

Measuring items on your computer screen can be a challenge. This may seem like a weird thing to want to do, it may sound crazy, but I have actually had to hold a physical ruler up to my monitor in order to get an estimate of what size a particular object is. While that may be a funny mental image, it does bring up the need for a tool with the sole purpose of being a ruler. I work with photos that must be cropped and centered.

I turned to my ol’ friend Google and found a perfect tool for the job at hand. “Ruler by George".

I needed a customizable tool that allows you to measure content in pixels, centimeters, and inches. Change the size and orientation to better suit what you're trying to measure. This isn't for everybody, but if you're involved in editing photos, download it immediately. It’s Shareware, free to try but to register it, it is $17.00, but well worth the cost if you need it. Read more and download it here: http://www.svet-soft.com/ruler.shtml

I use it to edit photos placed on: http://skfuneralhome.com Take a look !
